  🌼 The Day He Walked Into My Life One of the best days I can remember in my life is the day my little puppy walked in. He wasn’t just another addition to the house. Somewhere, deep down, it felt like he was always meant to be mine. For as long as I can remember, I had wanted a dog. Not just a pet—but someone I could love completely. The kind of love you hear about, or see in movies… quiet, pure, and unconditional. And then one summer afternoon in 2013, it finally happened. I had just finished my second-grade exams. It felt like a normal day—until I saw my dad walking in, holding the tiniest beagle puppy. Tricoloured. Floppy ears. Bright, curious eyes. A tiny nose that looked like it was trying to understand the world. He didn’t hesitate. He walked into the house like he already belonged there. And then… he saw me.  his soft heart and soft nature  all of which make him a healer  his presence  meant peace  but who knew one day we all have to release its hard to let go of someone who made you feel at ease But now  it feels like life is starting to freeze Can i turn back time please? just to say one last goodbye at least? You gave me the whole world before you left it  you taught me true love before teaching me true loss   But every time i look at the cotton candy skies  i see an imagine of you  which makes me relieved that's how i know my good boy is doing just fine! wagging his little tail for me. So i try hard to look back at all those times we had, hoping we will meet again, one day .

 There’s a scant spot in my heart  That’s within me every day  An area where all my memories  Are tenderly tucked away  It’s an ideal go-to place, At special times for me  As words cannot illuminate  How very much I miss you  When you left  The world got gloomier  The days grew chilly  I tried to find sunshine and warmth in new places, But it’s like lighting a candle hoping the sun will come back  And bring with it eternal love and warmth  But now once again Christmas is here  It’s where I find the cherishable memories and thoughts of you all wrapped in little gifts of love and warmth.

Goodbyes aren’t forever

" Some people don’t know what they have until it’s gone ” But what about the ones that know? Once again it was my favorite time of the day, the time when the whole family got together just to give me kisses, caress me, and play with me. Oh, how I loved these times! But even though everyone was together I sensed a feeling of affliction in them. I desperately wanted to get up, wag my tail, shower them with love, and make them chuckle at my mischievousness. But I was too weak, my body grew colder and numb, and each time I took a breath I could feel it get harder. Mia was my best friend. We grew up together. I was so used to hearing the sound of her voice talking to me even though I didn’t understand a word. But this time she sat right beside me sad and quiet. Whenever Mia was sad, she would lay on the floor right next to me and I would get so happy that I would spring up and lick her face.   four-legged family member Often when one is asked what pet they would like to have, everyone has a common answer and that is they want an exotic pet, especially when it comes to dogs, people want a particular breed. In the attempt of getting a cute and purely bred dog, we tend to forget the real reason we wanted a pet in the first place. The reason was so we could have a friend, a companion, someone who would love us unconditionally, someone who would shower us with licks and kisses and greet us with a wagging tail when we come back home, and yes of course a partner in crime! So, we see that all we need is love, care, trust, and loyalty and for this, we bring home our furry friends. These days many of us claim to be animal lovers but don't you think that every time you buy an animal for that matter you promote the breeding industry.
